Valio’s customers include e.g. retail chains, kiosks, petrol service stations, and Food Service providers, all around Finland.
Supply chain performance was measured at over 98.4% in 2010.
Valio Group sales in Finland accounted for around 64% of Group net sales in 2010. Finnish net sales include domestic sales and sales of raw milk in Finland.
Sales to the retail trade accounted for 80% of Valio sales in Finland and to the food service sector (e.g. institutional kitchens, restaurants, petrol service stations) 14%.
We aim to provide a better service working alongside customers to offer the ideal product range.
Valio’s range includes around 1,000 items, from organic to functional foods and low-fat to indulgence products.
Valio delivers products to its customers in 85% re-circulating and environmentally sound transport units that save customers work.
Valio runs a comprehensive quality assurance and customer feedback system. Should a product fault occur, Valio will inform both customers and consumers openly and as swiftly as possible.
