Key goals

Valio’s responsibility also encompasses goal orientation. The key goals set for responsibility include e.g. securing the feasibility of milk production, well-being at work, environmental goals, and animal well-being. Clear, concrete measures have been determined for each goal.
Goals related to responsibility are embedded in Valio's normal operations. Goals related especially to areas of responsibility have been compiled into a table Responsibility objectives which tracks their realisation annually.
The table shows the key goals and Valio’s measures to reach those goals, as well as goal performance in 2011 and the goals set for 2012.
