Valio quark is made from pasteurised fat free milk through lactic acid fermentation and contains no preservatives.
Quark makes desserts and pastries light and fresh, and when added to bread dough helps the bread keep longer and better. Valio quarks are available in regular, low lactose and lactose free versions, and flavoured varieties for baking and desserts.
