| Valio Ltd Seinäjoki is an especially modern plant that manufactures Valio butter, as well as Valio Oivariini® and Valio KevytLevi® spreads.

The Seinäjoki plant also produces milk powders, as well as quarks and cottage cheeses for Valio’s fresh product range, plus Valio Gefilus® daily dose drinks and Valio HeVi™ drinks.
About 370 million kilos milk is collected annually in southern Ostrobothnia from around 1,100 dairy farms, and their average distance from Seinäjoki is only 54 kilometres. The Seinäjoki plant employs 360 people.
