The farm must fulfil the following production requirements in order to receive the endorsement:
� Excellent milk quality
� Systematic health care of animals
� Cowshed inspection approved by the authorities
� Caring for the farm environment
� Farm visit and audit by an advisor
� The will to develop the farm continuously
